Delivery

Odsea Network Sdn. Bhd., herein shall be known as “Odsea Network” shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver products of acceptable quality to the delivery address specified and keyed in by the Customer but Odsea Network cannot guarantee any firm delivery time and shall not be liable for any delay in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Odsea Network.

 

Deliveries within Malaysia

The Customer’s Order will be delivered via the service of Poslaju courier service company or any other company that may be appointed by Odsea Network from time to time. Please allow five (5) working days for Peninsular Malaysia and eight (8) working days for East Malaysia including Labuan for processing from date of Odsea Network's confirmation of acceptance of an Order within the aforesaid areas unless otherwise notified by Odsea Network.

Please note that Odsea Network will not accept delivery to a P.O. Box address and it might not be possible for delivery to some locations within the aforesaid areas in certain circumstances. If delivery to some locations is not possible, Odsea Network may contact The Customer to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

 

Deliveries within Singapore

Odsea Network shall use DHL as the preferred shipping service provider or another shipping service provider from time-to-time.

Customers residing in Singapore shall be charged a fixed shipping fee of RM60.00 per item up to an order value of RM499.99. Orders valued at RM500.00 and above are eligible for Free Shipping to their doorstep.

Customers residing outside of Malaysia are responsible and are also advised to check with their local customs office for viability of importation of Enerlipid products into their respective country(s) before purchasing.

Odsea Network reserves the right to charge a handling / restocking fee should there be any delivery issues that arise and should a refund be initiated.

Please note that Odsea Network will not accept delivery to a P.O. Box address and it might not be possible for delivery to some locations within the aforesaid areas in certain circumstances. If delivery to some locations is not possible, Odsea Network may contact The Customer to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.

 

International Customers excluding Singapore

For International purchases, please contact us using the Contact Us button located in the navigation bar at the top of the main website or e-mail us at sales@enerlipid.com to arrange international shipping.

Odsea Network shall use DHL as the preferred courier for international shipping or any other courier company that may be appointed by Odsea Network from time to time.

Delivery Charges

Delivery Charges are free for purchases made via the Enerlipid website and shipped to addresses in Malaysia only.

Shipping to international addresses will be subjected to shipping charges.

No delivery services shall be available on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.

The Customer is to notify Odsea Network immediately of any change to delivery address and contact number.

Where the Customer is not available to receive the delivery, a notification card may be left at the delivery address by the courier service provider that have been engaged. The Customer shall then contact the service provider for a second delivery attempt or self-collect at their stated branch in the notification card. If delivery is delayed due to the Customer’s undue delay or unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if the Customer fails or refuses to collect the Products within seven (7) days from the date of second notification, Odsea Network will not accept responsibility for any damages that may occur to the purchased products.

If the Customer is not personally available to accept delivery, a representative may accept delivery on behalf of the Customer provided always that the said representative must be over 18 years of age and capable of receiving the delivery. The Customer or its representative may be required to produce proof of identity on delivery or collection of Products and all deliveries shall be signed off by the Customer or its representative on the delivery invoices.
